Meet Rachel
Owner / Lead Stylist
Rachel Vallozzi believes that showing up as your authentic self is a key component in self confidence.
Rachel's styling expertise is grounded in her early work with Academy Award-winning costume designer Penny Rose and Emmy nominated Salvador Perez, who helped her hone a deep understanding of shape, construction, balance, color, and texture. This technical skill is paired with an unstoppable passion for helping private clients find a "visual voice" for their unique style and needs.
When Rachel is not on the hunt for clothes and accessories you can find her either caring for her flower garden or in Bollywood dance class at Level Up Studios.
Danita Greaser
Studio Manager / Rachel's Wife
Danita has been assisting Rachel for more than ten years, both in the studio and on commercial sets. Though her professional background is in non-profit work, a lifetime of firmly-held opinions about pants and a general desire to be helpful has made the transition to Studio Manager a smooth one.
Danita’s job is to keep track of the items that you want to keep during the fitting and their cost, place orders for size and/or color adjustments, process all of the returns, and a bunch of other behind-the-scenes logistical tasks. She delights in seeing people feel their best in their new wardrobes.
When she’s not thinking about other people's clothes, you’re likely to find Danita puttering in the yard, reading the newspaper, or deciding what to make next for dinner.
Jamie Miller
Studio Tailor
Jamie loves the drape of fabric and helping people to feel incredible in their clothes. Her formal training came from her costume studies at Point Park University and real world experience working in costume shops throughout her hometown of Pittsburgh PA. She has been a freelance seamstress, tailor & dressmaker for over 20 years and lends her sewing expertise to ensure every garment fits like it was made just for you. Every-body is blessed with unique curves and angles and sometimes a perfect fit can be achieved with the right stitch in the right place. When she doesn't have a sewing needle in hand she can be found paddling along the Allegheny River with her family or belly dancing at a hidden speakeasy with friends.

Pittsburgh's only personal styling studio offering luxury full-service fittings in a private setting.
Since 2008, we have been traveling to our clients' homes and meeting them at the mall for consulting, shopping, and styling services. Recognizing the many limitations of these services, we are thrilled to announce that in 2022 we opened Vallozzi Styling in Shadyside and now offer our clients a personalized private fitting experience.
With our In-Studio Services, we are now able to source whatever you need from anywhere in the world, introducing you to new brands that match your taste and lifestyle. Our studio is designed for each client, only stocking items in your sizes and palette. This is a customized experience built specifically for you. Complete with our on-site tailor, Vallozzi Styling offers a true one stop shop.
